TOWIE - Dan Osborne newYoung clubbers can kick start their Summer holidays by having the chance to participate in a limbo competition and try their hand at surfing at the next Zero Project under 18’s Hawaiian party which is to be held on Wednesday 23rd July from 7pm – 11pm at Club Neo, Stars Lane, Yeovil. Zero has been successfully running under 18 events during school holidays since 2007 for year 9 students and upwards, which attracts young people from across Somerset and Dorset. New fitness trail at Birchfield Park

Trim Trail 5 02-07-14The South Somerset District Council (SSDC) and Somerset County Council funded ‘trim trail’ is up and running at Birchfield Park in Yeovil. Trim trails are a great way to liven up your outdoor training and keep fit.  The Birchfield Park trim trail works on the principle of using body weight to get yourself over, under and through a series of static obstacles. Rather than picking up a weight in a mainstream gym, your bodyweight supplies the resistance that will tone and strengthen your entire body. Everyone can have a smashing time at new Family Badminton sessions
