Ninesprings Café, Education and Information Centre set to open its doors

Ninseprings_cafe_LOGONinesprings Café, Education and Information Centre is set to open its doors to the public on Tuesday 28 October, offering a high quality coffee experience, with a natural twist. Sitting on the cycleway through Yeovil Country Park, with great links to Yeovil town, the new centre includes a superb family and dog friendly café, offering a range of products in a lovely setting. Public toilets are easily accessible from outside if you do not want to come in, but some fantastic images and information about the park, and its natural and built heritage are on display inside. Large donation leaves CHAC staff wanting more information

P4538.30 C E WebbStaff at South Somerset District Council’s Community Heritage Access Centre (CHAC) have been left wanting to know more information about a recent donation, after it included photographs of a First World War survivor who lived in Yeovil. CHAC received a large donation of an archive concerning Betty Webb who was active in Yeovil Baptist Church. She was born in Andover and the family moved to Yeovil when she was a child.
