TV Chefs Nadiya Hussain and James Martin will be hosting a series of live cooking masterclasses at Longleat as part of its first ever Food and Drink Festival (June 10th-11th). On Saturday, Nadiya, the winner of The Great British Bake Off 2015, will be demonstrating her baking skills in three live shows taking place in the Longhouse, Longleat’s new events area, while on Sunday, James will be sharing some of his favourite recipes. Keepers at Longleat Safari Park handed over a cheque for £10,000 to African wildlife conservation charity Tusk. In total the Wiltshire wildlife park has raised more than £12,000 for the charity over the past 12 months through a variety of fundraising initiatives. Full story: Read more
