Spending a day recently at Ferne Animal Sanctuary in Wambrook, near Chard mucking out the goats wasn’t as easy as the team from Estadia in Taunton thought. Having chosen Ferne Animal Sanctuary as their Charity of the Year, Estadia decided one way to help was to combine volunteering with a team-building day. Depressed Dogs Desperate For New Home
Lola and Sherman are two adorable and inseparable dogs currently resident at Ferne Animal Sanctuary in Wambrook, near Chard, Somerset. Due to the dogs becoming depressed, the Sanctuary is now urgently seeking a new owner. As an incentive, the Sanctuary will cover all veterinary costs, vaccinations, worming and flea treatments that will be needed for the rest of the dogs’ lives. Full story: Read more
Bumper Year for Charity Fun Dog Show
Staff at Ferne Animal Sanctuary in Wambrook, Near Chard, Somerset are celebrating due to the success of their annual Fun Dog Day held on Sunday 7th September 2014. Despite there being many other events on the same day, great weather encouraged a huge turnout of competitors and winners from Dorset, Devon and Somerset.
