This October half term will see South Somerset District Council’s popular Ninesprings Café celebrate its first year trading down at Yeovil Country Park.
The Café has become a great asset to the country park, offering a welcome stop for walkers, families and a variety of groups that enjoy the great green space and all it offers.
Café Manager – Sam Lane and her team have worked hard to establish a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a range of quality products and plenty of activities for children so that all members of the family can enjoy a stop during the day.
Visit the Ninesprings Café on Wednesday 28 October between 10am – 3pm for a celebration of the Café’s first birthday. There will be face painting, art activities and Buy One Get One Free on all hot drinks. Come along and guess the number of coffee beans in the jar to win a £30 voucher to spend in the café – the closest guess wins it!
Councillor Sylvia Seal, Portfolio Holder for Leisure & Culture at South Somerset District Council said, “We are delighted with the difference that the Café and its team have made to the country park. The green space now has a focus for a visit, providing information, a welcoming stop and great service. We are pleased to welcome lots of new groups to the site and facility and hope that many new people continue to discover the café and park over the coming months”.
