When they heard that their old printer was giving them some grief The Blackmore Vale Lions together with Gillingham, Mere and Shaftesbury Lions joined forces to provide a state of the art Laser Printer to the Zest Café project in Sherborne.
Both Lions clubs were very pleased to present a brand new Laser Printer to The Sherborne Centre for Wellbeing Four Leaf Clover Club – Zest Café on Wednesday 5 August.
In the photograph Blackmore Vale Lions President Ray Cable and GMS Vice President David Rose are seen presenting the laser printer to Zest Café Manager Caz Barrett in Sherborne. Also present were
Lions Rob Rose, George Wagland, Ian Simpson, Richard Frost and Wendy Cable.
This Zest Café project is very dear to the Lions modus operendi and fits exactly into the type of service to the local community that Lions Clubs around the world take great joy in supporting.
We wish Caz Barrett and her team of helpers every success in their quest to maintain this vital link for people in the local area with learning difficulty problems.
