This very popular and now well established event in West Dorset is facing a mini crisis. Maiden Newton at War saw its third and most successful event in June 2012. The event sets out to mark the difficult war years and to remember the contribution that Maiden Newton made to the war effort and the sacrifices that many people from our communities made.
