Tourist attraction operators from across Dorset and Hampshire had a surprise visit from the Gruffalo when they gathered at Moors Valley Country Park and Forest, near Ringwood recently.
The attractions spent the day networking, exchanging leaflets and meeting up with over 100 local accommodation providers at the start of the 2017 tourist season.
The event, organised by White Sheep Projects, brought together nearly 30 attractions from larger businesses like Monkey World and Beaulieu to smaller operations such as Barford Ice Cream and the Priest House Museum and concluded with talks from Visit England and the the Regional Tourism Awards.
