Relax this festive season at the Ninesprings Café and enjoy a range of three December specials to tempt you after that long walk or tiring Christmas shopping trip.
You can try an intense hot chocolate (with a fabulous chocolate orange twist), a Steamy Snowball (steamed milk with white chocolate, caramel and whipped cream) or try the Yeovil Country Park Rangers favourite; the Secret Squirrel (amaretto and hazelnut syrups blended with coffee and a dusting of cinnamon for that Christmassy feel).
If you enjoy crafty activities then drop in to see Community Ranger Becky on Monday 21 December when she will be running short Christmas craft activities between 9.30am – 11.30am. Or for younger pre-school children try the Christmas Saplings session on Thursday 10 December at 9.30am for stories and Christmassy activities. These session are free, no need to book, funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
Councillor Sylvia Seal, Portfolio Holder for Countryside said, “We like to bring that Christmas festive spirit to Yeovil Country Park and the Ninesprings Café. Enjoying a break from Christmas shopping is a must for most people and the range of drinks on offer at the Café sound delightful.
“Children relish making Christmas related craft items and the sessions which are funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund give them the opportunity to enjoy the Christmas spirit, whilst also encouraging a love of nature”.
The Café remains open over the festive period, closing only on Christmas day itself, any changes to our regular hours of 8-6 Mon to Fri and 8-5 Sat and Sun will be regularly updated on Facebook “Ninesprings Café”, or you can reach the Café team on 07971 111947.
It’s been a fabulous year down at the Ninesprings Café and the whole team are looking forward to welcoming you during this December Christmas festive season.
