Plankbridge Master Hutmakers is returning to RHS Chelsea Flower Show, the UK’s most prestigious flower show, for the fourth year running and has enlisted the help of a Dorset Wildlife Trust Forest School to build two bug hotels for its wildlife friendly tradestand exhibit. 600 Somerset school children take part in a World Music Residency
During the week of 24th April around 600 school children aged 8 – 16 years from Somerset will be learning about West African music beats, instruments and heritage as part of a World Music Residency produced by Taunton based performance company, Actiontrack and funded by Sound Foundation Somerset. Strode Trampolining Squad jumping for Joy
The Strode College Trampolining Squad continue their excellent record of achievements having attained some fantastic results recently in a number of tough competitions. The annual Somerset Colleges Trampolining Competition, which was hosted at Strode College, saw some brilliant outcomes, both for Strode’s individual and team trampolinists.
